Days of our lives spoilers: SHOCKING NEWS – Rafe finally wakes up, Connie’s world falls apart

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will eventually wake up from his coma, but Connie Viniski (Julie Dove) doesn’t seem worried anymore.

It feels like Connie has lulled herself into a false sense of security now that the cops have accepted her Robert “Bobby” Stein aka Everett Lynch (Blake Berris) frame-up.

Connie obviously has a high opinion of herself and thinks she’s this brilliant criminal mastermind.

However, Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) already got a clue that something was off when she took a closer look at Bobby’s suicide note and confession.

It just didn’t sound like the way Bobby would write based on what Jada recalled from when they were married.

Although Jada put her worries aside and decided to close the case, Days spoilers say she may have to reopen it once Rafe finally awakens.

Rafe will ultimately regain consciousness and rejoin the land of the living, so DOOL fans can expect Jada to be relieved along with Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Cherie Jimenez).

Of course, the first thing Jada will probably ask Rafe what he remembers about the attack in the cemetery.

That’s where Connie went after Rafe since she was hoping to push his body into Abigail DiMera’s (previously played by Marci Miller) grave.

Days spoilers say Jada will want to hear Rafe’s version of events, but she might also assure Rafe that Bobby aka Everett is deceased and won’t be hurting anyone ever again.

That’s when Rafe might argue that Bobby wasn’t the one who came after him.

It’s possible that Rafe caught a glimpse of his female attacker or at least heard her voice in the aftermath.

Rafe might contend that it couldn’t have been Bobby since his attacker was a woman!

Even if Rafe can’t specifically identify Connie at first, he may swear that a female was the one who targeted him.

That could leave Connie with a new problem on her hands, especially once Gabi gets updates and perhaps thinks back to all the suspicious things her new executive assistant has done.

Connie might have to frame a female Days character like Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) or Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) next.

Maybe Connie will try to make it look like one of them or another woman in Salem went after Rafe before setting Bobby up.

Naturally, Connie won’t be able to cover her tracks indefinitely, so Rafe’s wake-up call could be the beginning of the end for her!
