General Hospital viewers know Willow confessed the kiss to her mom, and since then, she’s been fighting a losing battle with her heart.

Willow has fallen for Drew, and it’s not just about physical desire. She has a deep admiration for him, especially since he brought back Dr. Liesl Obrecht to save her life. And let’s be real—Drew is quite the silver fox!

Spoilers reveal that Nina has come up with a bizarre plan to protect Willow’s marriage. She shared her strategy with Maxie s , after filling her in on Drew and Willow’s kiss.

Basically, Willow’s guilt is eating her up, and she wants to confess to her husband, Michael .

But Nina advised against it, warning that if the truth came out, it would blow up Willow’s life. Nina’s plan is to keep Drew distracted in her bedroom, preventing him from getting too close to Willow.

It’s all very murky and dramatic, but you have to give Nina props for at least trying to keep Willow out of trouble—even if her methods are a bit unconventional.

And I think Nina is enjoying being a distraction for Drew. But General Hospital spoilers hint that Willow is still very much hung up on Drew, despite quitting her role at the foundation to avoid being around him.

When she and Drew got stuck in an elevator, she became so flustered that she ran off as soon as the doors opened.

At a recent baby’s funeral, Willow was talking to Michael about loving someone you can’t have. Michael thought they were talking about loss and death, but I’m 99.94% sure Willow was talking about Drew—someone she loves but can’t have.

There has been a major shift on General Hospital. Willow attended Drew’s political rally, and everyone was wondering why Congressman Larry  wasn’t there. It turns out he had passed away from late-stage cancer.

Drew was blindsided and upset by the news. After his speech, Willow approached Drew to comfort him, but he didn’t want to talk about his grief in public, so they headed to his office—the same office where he’s been with her mom in some very compromising situations!

Spoilers for Friday suggest that Michael is worried about Willow because there’s a big family dinner at the Quartermaine mansion, and both Drew and Willow are supposed to be there.

However, Drew has already told Willow he’s not up for a family dinner due to his grief. Michael is concerned that Willow might not show up to the dinner.

Meanwhile, Willow is alone with Drew, caught up in her feelings for him. Drew, despite knowing their feelings are inappropriate, is also thinking about Willow a lot.

He’s grieving, and she’s there offering comfort. I fully expect a hug from Willow to turn into a kiss with Drew, heating things up even more.

It’s an actual fact that people often get close after a funeral or after learning about a death, partly due to intense emotions and partly because that intimacy can feel life-affirming. I’m not sure how far things will go, but I believe they’ll go somewhere.

What I hope for, just for the drama of it, is for Michael or even Nina—or both of them—to walk in on Drew and Willow at his office. Typically, soaps don’t move that fast, so maybe they do the deed without getting caught, and it drags out for months until Michael finally finds out. If they do get intimate and aren’t caught right away, a guilty Willow may confess to Nina.

I can only imagine the fallout—Drew might get slapped or even punched by Nina for getting involved with her daughter. We all saw this coming with Drew and Willow, but there needed to be a catalyst to push them from temptation to action. Drew’s grief might just be that catalyst.

For the sheer drama, I hope Willow gets intimate with her uncle-in-law, Drew, and then runs to tell her mom, Nina, about it. Even more dramatic would be if Willow ends up pregnant—not that we need more babies on the set, but the “who’s the daddy” scenario is a classic soap trope.

So, we’ll see how far it goes, but I’m expecting Drew’s grief to lead to a lot more than just comforting hugs. This storyline is about to get even more complicated and intense!
