Days of Our Lives Preview: Can [Spoiler] Expose ‘Abigail’ In Time to Save Chad’s Life?

For those who’ve been hoping that Chad and “Abigail’s” wedding wasn’t going to happen on Days of Our Lives, we’ve got some bad news for you. In fact, it’s happening as we speak!

But don’t worry too much, because seeing as how it’s under false pretenses, the whole thing is invalid.

Unless, of course, Chad dies before the truth comes out and his fake wife gets her hands on all that DiMera money to funnel to Clyde!

That’s Mark’s plan — reluctant or not. But he’s got a whole lot of people who could put an end to it.

Because the list of folks who don’t buy that “Abigail” is the real deal is long.

In fact, we’re pretty sure it extends to virtually everyone but Chad!

Kristen never believed it from the start. She tried warning Chad as much, but he didn’t want to listen. And we can’t forget Julie.

She’s not exactly on the Abigail train, especially after that last minute bailout in telling the kids that their momma was back.

We all saw that “Sure, Jan,” look in her eyes listening to the fraud’s excuses.

Closer to Chad at the moment, though, are Holly and JJ. They both, quite rightfully, have their suspicions.

Maybe “Abigail” should be more careful about talking to Mark on the phone.

Or maybe she should stop making up easily debunked excuses as to who she was talking to, because blaming her last call on JJ was a bad idea seeing as how he’s officiating the wedding and can easily call her out!

And then there’s Steve. He’s moved beyond suspicions and right into confirmation, thanks to Mark’s DNA test slip-up. He not only knows that “Abigail” is a fake, he also knows Mark’s in on it.

The only thing he doesn’t know just yet is how much danger Chad’s in! Because Dr. Greene is making a beeline to Paris to take his new brother-in-law out.

We’ve known that since we got this week’s preview. And we also know that Chad’s not seeing Kayla or Steve’s messages warning him about his wife.

Will Kayla reach Chad and convince him he’s been tricked? Will Steve get to Paris in time to stop Mark? Will JJ and Holly figure out what’s really going on?

Or, heck, will “Abigail” give in and tell Chad herself before things go too far? (As if they haven’t already.)
