DOOL Teases Dramatic Exits and Exciting Returns
Things have gotten worse for Theresa on Days of Our Lives. When it was revealed she’s partnered with Konstantin, the lady just betrayed half the town.
Unsurprisingly, she’s packing up for a quick exit. But before she can skip town, Andrew might have something to say. In short, Theresa’s time in Salem is up, and there’s another reason behind it.
Her storyline was supposed to wrap up quicker before the Writers’ Strike. Moreover, as Theresa departs, it’s the perfect time for Gwen’s return. Could it be in dramatic fashion, like the last airport swap staged by Emily O’Brien? Also, Leo is trying to clean up his act after Dimitri dumped him. So, Gwen’s return could lead to a reconciliation between the two friends.
However, there will be some inevitable drama! The woman could swoop back into town, stirring up trouble and bringing along some of Dimitri’s money. Additionally, there’s a buzz about Abigail’s potential return and Xander and Sarah’s upcoming nuptials. Meanwhile, Alex’s downfall is complete. The poor soul has lost his inheritance, company, and wife to Xander.
Though he still has his family and loved ones, it might be time to leave town. The character’s departure will pave the way for Robert Scott Wilson’s other character, Ben, to return. Furthermore, Alex has struggled to fit in as seamlessly as Ben despite the latter’s serial killer past. In other news, Victoria Konefal will set foot in Salem as Hortons faces a major loss with Doug’s passing.
It’s confirmed that she will return for his funeral, making a long-term recast unlikely. Adding one more name to the list, Ben could still come back to Salem ahead of Ciara. Maybe they’ve hit a roadblock and need a break. Ben could hold down the fort until Ciara shows up. The duo could reconcile, eventually deciding to stay in Salem to raise their family.
