Greg Vaughan Rejoins
As per the latest updates, Greg Vaughan is returning as Eric on Days Of Our Lives. After a month and a half, the actor will resurface in Salem this week. Expect to see Eric visiting his mother, Marlena, and supporting his troubled stepbrother, Brady. Vaughan was last seen on July 29 when Eric left Salem with Nicole and baby Jude for Paris. Now back on screen, Eric will have significant moments with his family, including a tense encounter with EJ.
More importantly, he will offer support to Brady, who is struggling with drinking issues and is entangled in Sarah’s hit-and-run case. While it’s known that Fiona was driving the car that hit Sarah, Brady’s guilt might compel him to confess to Jada. Additionally, Eric will cross paths with Holly. Similar to his brother’s situation, Eric’s past drinking led to a tragic incident where he hit Holly’s father, Daniel, causing his death.
So, he may open up about this painful truth to Daniel’s daughter during their meeting. Fans are thrilled about Vaughan’s comeback, as there were doubts about his return following Arianne Zucker’s departure due to her lawsuit against the production house. With Tate revealing the truth about his absence from the camp to Brady after Mark exposed him, Aaron may face the fallout. In an episode this week, Tomeo will share scenes with his onscreen brother, Jonah Robinson’s Mark.
Mark might interrogate Aaron about his role in Tate’s summer deception. So far, Mark has seen a photo from the camp on Instagram where Aaron was tagged as Tate, which he later discussed with Holly. Aaron replaced Tate because the latter wanted to spend time with his girlfriend, Holly. Expect Mark to grill Aaron about this deception.
