The General Hospital (GH) scoop hints Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have a big decision to make. Should he forgive Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) for her betrayal, or end their marriage?
GH spoilers tease Sonny will remain furious but also heartbroken after learning his wife was responsible for the SEC call. Although she said she was on her way to tell him just before he found out, Sonny didn’t believe her.
Unfortunately, the result of Nina’s actions put his ex-wife Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) in jeopardy and landed Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) in Pentonville. As viewers know, Drew was attacked in prison and nearly died.

When Sonny learned that Nina was responsible, he was understandably upset. But it’s not like the mobster hasn’t forgiven others who did far worse.
Carly once called the FBI on him. And Brenda Barrett (Vanessa Marcil) betrayed him by wearing a wire.
However, when Nina returned home to tell her husband she’d apologized to Carly and Drew, she didn’t get the reception she was hoping for. Not only did Sonny stare her down, he slammed the door in her face.
But, not all hope is lost for a Nina and Sonny reunion. When Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) paid Sonny a visit on Friday’s GH, she was surprised to see he was still wearing his ring.
She pointed out that when he thought Brenda had betrayed him, she was dead to him. “Yet you still wearing that ring suggests that you’re not done with Nina yet.”
General Hospital Scoop – Went Against His Family For Months
Still, Sonny didn’t answer Lois one way or another. “I find out Nina’s a traitor, she went against my family for months and lied to me,” he said to Lois. “I will not forget that.” But can he forgive it?
