General Hospital spoilers indicate that big things are happening in Port Charles.
The revelation that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is a donor match for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havans) is set to change many lives.
But that’s assuming that she makes it to the operating table. It seems likely that fate may have other plans for Sam.
At the same time all of this is going on, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) is set to be released from his rehab program. Could these two seemingly separate things somehow be connected?
General Hospital Spoilers – Hamilton Finn Is In A Hurry To See His Daughter
Finn’s brother, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is likely going to pick Finn up from the rehab facility. Perhaps at around the same time, Sam will be on the road after telling her family that she is going to be Lulu’s donor.
That should bring the Davis family together for a much-needed unified moment. But what if they are all involved in a terrible car accident that changes the course of all their lives.
GH Spoilers – Hamilton Finn May Not Survive!
If Finn and Sam are involved in some sort of car accident, it seems most likely that Finn could instantly killed. As viewers know, Michael Easton left the show in June and doesn’t seem to be coming back.
Killing him off just as he’s about to reunite with his family would end his storyline once and for all.
As far as Sam goes, she will likely be in critical condition or at least unconscious. But Lulu needs the transplant immediately. And that’s where Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) fits in.

Cyrus has vowed to do whatever it takes to help Lulu. But there won’t be time to wait for Sam to recover if she is indeed involved in some sort of accident. It’s easy to imagine a scenario where Cyrus slips a drug into Sam’s IV and kills her.
With Sam dead, her liver could potentially be used to save Lulu who doesn’t have time to wait for Sam to be tested and recover if she is injured. Cyrus could potentially kill Sam in order to save Lulu. No matter what, it looks tragedy is coming for more than one Port Charles family.
