General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, June 26, reveal that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will warn Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) about the reality of Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) problems and worry that he might never get his act together.
With that in mind, Tracy will suggest Brook Lynn and Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) temporary custody of Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) could become a permanent situation.
However, Finn managed to resist taking a drink of the vodka he had delivered and even smashed the two bottles against the wall.
Now Finn’s going to meet with Chase to discuss what’s next, but Chase will point out that Finn has to take the first step to truly get his life back on track.
Chase will stand by Tracy’s rehab ultimatum and insist it’s the only path forward if Finn hopes to get custody of Violet back.
Over with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), she’ll have some terrible news to pass along.
Ava Jerome (Maura West) is already in a foul mood over Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) kicking her out, but Trina may make matters worse with some updates related to Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) case.
The last thing Ava wants to hear right now is that Heather’s making any progress when it comes to potentially scoring her freedom.
That could rile Ava up even further, but her rage will mostly be focused on Sonny in Wednesday’s show.
Ava will warn Trina that Sonny isn’t the only one who knows a thing or two about threats, so she’ll be prepared to fight back.
Giovanni “Gio” Palmeri (Giovanni Mazza) will be unsettled when he sees another side of Ava, so it looks like he’ll ask Trina if she could actually be a threat to Uncle Sonny.
Trina may admit that although she cares about Ava and considers her a friend, Ava has a scary part of herself that can be unleashed when she’s backed into a corner.
As for Sonny, he’ll make a prediction about having a legal battle on his hands, so he may take steps to tighten his control over Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) and push Ava over the edge in the process!
Wednesday’s GH episode will also lead to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) revealing something while Mac Scorpio (John J. York) pays Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) a visit.
