The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Jack’s False Confession – Tries to Take the Fall for Li’s Crime?
The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Jack Finnegan’s (Ted King) inclusion in all the recent Il Giardino drama felt very intentional. Why did B&B make sure Jack was on hand for Tom Starr’s (Clint Howard) final performance and last night alive?
The show clearly wanted to make Jack seem like he could be the guilty party, but did he actually wipe Tom off the map?
It’s a possibility to consider, especially since they don’t use Jack much and could write him out for a prison stint without much fuss.
However, it’s also possible Jack will serve a different purpose instead.
Jack could indeed have something to hide, but his secret may be more about what he did with Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) than what he did to Tom!
Based on the hints the show’s been offering, Jack and Poppy might’ve had a fling back whey lived under the same roof – which was shortly before Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) conception.
Jack has always been a popular father candidate for Luna when it comes to fan speculation – though some viewers think John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) should be in the running, too.
If Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) suspected that Jack or even Finn was Luna’s bio dad, then she might’ve altered the DNA results to make sure Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) looked like Luna’s father instead.
However, Li may have figured out that Tom assumed he was the dad and was going to cause paternity chaos.
If Li drugged Tom’s drink, then Jack might ultimately suspect that’s the case and make a drastic move of self-sacrifice.
It’s easy to imagine Jack making a false confession at some point and coming up with a bogus story to protect Li.
Despite everything that’s happened, Jack no doubt still loves his ex and may feel responsible for Li’s potential mess if he’s indeed Luna’s father.
If Jack is Luna’s bio dad, then this makes his second affair that’s resulted in a baby.
Jack’s affair with Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) led to Finn’s conception, so that was the first one – at least that fans know of.
Jack’s behavior was perhaps enough to drive any woman over the edge, so maybe trying to take the fall for Li is the least he can do!
Once the cops realize this is a crime and not a simple overdose, Jack could eventually step up to keep Li out of prison.
