Romy Park Previews Trouble Ahead When Katie Questions Poppy’s ‘True History’ With [Spoiler]

Things are already turning ugly between Bold & Beautiful’s Katie and Poppy… and they’re only going to get worse according to Romy Park, who plays Bill’s new live-in girlfriend on the daytime sudser.
Unfortunately for Katie, Poppy overheard every word she said to Bill when she went on a rant about how concerned she was over his new living arrangements. Telling her ex he was moving too fast, she cautioned him about his plans to legally adopt Luna and told him she gets a “weird vibe” from her mother.
Making matters exponentially worse, Poppy peeked out of her hiding spot just in time to see Dollar Bill give “His Katie” a reassuring squeeze and a peck on the forehead.
Exit Bill, and enter Poppy, who confronted her boyfriend’s outspoken ex about making a habit of coming into her home to badmouth her to her man. The pair got into it as Katie reminded Poppy that with Will coming home she’d be around the house on the regular, and Poppy snipped back that she could visit… and then leave! Rising to the challenge…
Katie informed Poppy that she had suspicions about her story and wondered aloud why she’d wait twenty long years to not only tell her daughter who her father is, but to seek him out and confirm. The confrontation (or at least the episode) ended with Katie putting Poppy on notice that she intended to find answers to every single question she has about her past. Dun, dun, dun!
As Park pointed out to SOD, this is all a little intimidating whether Poppy is hiding something or not, particularly given Bill’s close relationship with his ex.
She previewed that Katie will step up her efforts to dig deeper into Poppy’s past and will “come armed with questions” regarding “Poppy’s true history with Tom.”
How the resourceful Logan comes up with that connection remains to be seen, but viewers will recall that Tom claimed to be Luna’s father during a confrontation with Poppy right before his death. Is it true? If there’s one thing we’re certain of, it’s that Katie will find out.
Poppy, for her part, feels it’s “really none of her business”, but that’s hardly going to deter Bill’s ex-wife, who has been known to be like the proverbial dog with a bone when it comes to matters such as these. So, buckle up Bold & Beautiful fans, it’s gonna be a wild ride with these two ladies!
