Bold and the Beautiful offered a sick twist between Poppy Nozawa‘s daughter, Luna Nozawa, and Bill Spencer as it blew up the father-daughter bond on the CBS soap. Friday’s cliffhanger episode delivered double whammies.
Learning, that Luna and the publishing icon weren’t a DNA match wasn’t enough drama to take in. So, B&B dialed it back to creepy and had Luna plant a kiss on Bill’s lips. She hit him with a seductive lip lock, not a daddy kiss.
Bold and the Beautiful: Luna Nozawa Tries to Seduce the Man She Called Dad?
If your head is spinning, you are not alone, as Bold and the Beautiful ripped the part of the admiring daughter away from Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada). They substituted this with a seductive young woman sporting an evil grin. The soap changed Luna in a matter of seconds on Friday’s cliffhanger episode. Now it looks like Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) may suddenly turn into her daughter’s victim.
After learning Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is not her father, Luna describes a horrific childhood of loneliness. She never felt stability until she became what she thought was Bill’s daughter. It sounded like she poured her heart out to the man she called Dad. And it became endearing to hear how much she felt for her father-figure. But, that was only until she lowered the boom on Friday’s Bold and Beautiful.
Between the sadistic grin she flashed at the publishing tycoon and the kiss she pushed on his lips, this girl almost looked evil. Gone was the sweet Luna Nozawa calling this man her dad. The scene couldn’t be more shocking if a swarm of bees suddenly emerged out of nowhere to sting Bill.
Poppy Nozawa, Completely Oblivious?
While Luna tried to steal her mother’s boyfriend, Poppy found herself facing a new and improved sister, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda). She stopped by the local jail to see Poppy. But something seems to hint, there’s more to this change in Li than meets the eye. Why does she suddenly seem to have Poppy’s back?
Li will likely end up implicated in the first faulty DNA test. She administered it under the umbrella, it is foolproof. That’s because she’s a medical professional. But on Friday’s Bold and the Beautiful episode, that proved wrong.
Now, Poppy also looks convincing as a woman who presents as confused by how she got where she is today. This week on Bold and Beautiful, she seems believable when she claims she wouldn’t harm a fly. But then again, so was her daughter, until she behaved as if she was ready to throw her mother under the bus.
After Luna Nozawa’s move, her mom starts to look innocent in the double murders. But, as Poppy looks less like the culprit, Luna Nozawa looks more like the top suspect today.
Bold and the Beautiful: Luna Sets Up Poppy?
It looks like someone was so desperate to keep Bill Spencer as Luna’s dad, that they’d kill to keep it a secret. At first, Poppy gets pulled in by the cops for this. But now, after Luna Nozawa made a seductive move on the Spencer patriarch, the spotlight shines on her. Today, it looks like she’s so invested in keeping Bill around, that she’s likely capable of killing for this.
But if she can’t keep him as her father, then apparently she attempts to reel him in as a lover. Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest Bill not only finds himself blindsided by Luna’s kiss next week but also very troubled. So, it looks more like Poppy Nozawa is in the clear, in the viewers’ minds today. But after hearing her daughter speak about her childhood, it seems Poppy created a monster in Luna Nozawa on the CBS soap.
