You Won’t Believe Who Might Turn on Kyle and Victor on Young and Restless
On the October 17 episode of The Young and the Restless, Jack accurately accused Victor of turning Kyle against him because he was still so furious that Jack tried to help Victor’s wife – when Victor couldn’t.
Meanwhile, across town, Kyle smirked to his mother that she wouldn’t dare turn him in for committing a crime. If she does, she’s just a selfish, bad Mommy.
Here’s how one particular person could cut both these horrible people off at the knees.
Center Piece
Victor (Eric Braeden) hates that Jack (Peter Bergman) was able to get through to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), when Victor was completely oblivious to his wife falling off the wagon.
Jack will pay for literally risking his life for one of Victor’s loved ones!
Victor’s idea of revenge is to manipulate Kyle (Michael Mealor) into stealing from his family – to line Victor’s pockets – and to then stand back as Diane (Susan Walters) wants their son punished…
While Jack continues to coddle his precious brat. This is exactly what Victor wanted. But it is not what Nikki wants.
Outside In
Nikki doesn’t care one way or the other about Kyle, and she deeply hates Diane.
But Nikki does care about Jack. And she knows that her husband is taking his own impotence out on Nikki’s ex-husband.
Nikki is not the passive “my baby” Victor would like to pretend she is. She has a mind of her own.
And she can make her own decisions, including turning on her husband when the situation warrants it.
Snitches Get Riches
Kyle taunted Diane and Jack, thinking they wouldn’t have the fortitude to call the cops on him. Nikki, however, would have no such qualms.
Pointing the police in Kyle’s way will not only expose his crimes but also put an end to Victor’s abuse of Jack. Abuse Nikki knows Jack doesn’t deserve.
Victor imagines himself as a champion chess player who has placed every piece where he wants it. But he’s forgotten Queen Nikki. Who can move any way she wants and take down every other player on the board
