Victor’s hasty decision when he asked Nikki to sign the divorce papers Y&R Spoilers

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that some warning signs are beginning to surface when it comes to Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) marriage to Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) and Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) marriage to Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).

For starters, Jack is Nikki’s ex and her close friend, so they’re always going to feel connected.

Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) pointed out what a profound bond Nikki and Jack share as he tried to warn Diane in the May 31 episode.

Diane threatened to walk away from Jack if he didn’t reject Nikki’s sponsor request, so he finally caved in.

However, Jack could start to resent Diane for forcing him to make that decision, which is something else Michael brought up.

Of course, we also know Diane and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) have a work feud going on, so Jack may soon get fed up with all their constant bickering.

What if Jack storms out on Diane one night – perhaps right as Victor pushes Nikki to her own breaking point?

Victor is already trying to put his foot down and keep Nikki away from Jack, so that isn’t going over well.

This is bound to lead to more fighting between Nikki and Victor, which could put a growing strain on their relationship.

Plus, there’s a buried secret that Nikki could soon uncover.

Once Nikki gets updates on Victor firing Michael, that’s sure to bring questions about what he did to warrant that dismissal.

What if Nikki learns Victor kept Jordan (Colleen Zenk) in his private dungeon and only turned her over to the authorities because Michael and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) pressured him to?

Nikki could flip out over Victor’s deception and the risk he brought into their home.

If Jordan had escaped from that jail cell, she could’ve unleashed her worst reign of terror yet on the Newman family by walking right upstairs at the ranch!

That’s the kind of revelation that might cause Nikki to stomp off and get a suite at the athletic club.
