The Young and The Restless Spoilers: Sharon Falls Prey To Her Delusions, Aᴛᴛᴀᴄᴋs “Hurricane Phyllis” For Revenge

A rivalry between Sharon Newman and Phyllis Summers is nothing new, recall The Young and The Restless Spoilers.

However, it had been lying dormant for quite some now. Perhaps as a result of Sharon not being in the front and center of a big storyline in recent times. However, that has begun to change rapidly.

In the July 23, 2024, episode, Sharon exploded at Phyllis for talking to Faith. She asked Phyllis to stay out of her affairs.

Furthermore, Sharon also rebuked her for having caused many issues in her life in the past, especially in her relationship with Nick Newman. Interestingly, Sharon also shared an imaginary kiss with Nick on Y&R!

Thus, it is safe to say that Sharon’s new bipolar medication really does have her all riled up, and is slowly pushing her toward becoming delusional. The Young and The Restless spoilers for the summer did tease a major storyline for Sharon and her mental decline. We wonder if Phyllis will end up becoming the first victim of Sharon’s lashout!

There have also been some indications about Phyllis and Nick growing closer once again in the future. That could be enough to push Sharon’s buttons. She may start thinking that she and Nick belong together, and Phyllis is once again infiltrating their relationship. This could lead to Sharon fantasizing about “eliminating” Phyllis for good.

It would be interesting if Phyllis actually vanishes around the same time. Her unexplained absence would set GC in panic mode. And circumstances could make Sharon look guilty!
