Y&R August 5 To 9: Phyllis Is Angered By Sharon’s Dirty Look – Chelsea And Adam Bring Connor Home
The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for the week of August 5 reveals Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will be perturbed, when she spots Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) chatting with her daughter.
Also coming up, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will arrive home with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).
Plus, Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) will cause issues for Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). And Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will flash back to a devastating moment from her past.
Y&R spoilers tease Sally will relive a painful memory. It could very well be when she lost her baby, just over a year ago. Whatever it is, Adam will be there for his girlfriend. Rumor has it, he’ll comfort Sally.
Y&R Weekly Scoop – Summer Isn’t Pleased When Kyle Returns
Over at the Abbott estate, Claire will do something that causes even more of a rift between Summer and Kyle. It seems Harrison Locke (Redding Munsell) will have a minor accident and Claire will contact Kyle. So, he’ll hop on the next plane back to Genoa City and confront Summer about it.
Meanwhile, Adam and Chelsea will be pumped to bring their son home. Although Connor may sense something is off with his parents. Adam and Chelsea have been guilt stricken since they cheated on their partners, but they’ll try to hide it from Connor.
Other Y&R spoilers tease Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will reconsider her alliance with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Plus, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will celebrate their anniversary.
And Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) will be highly concerned to learn that Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) has been imbibing.

Finally, Faith and Lucy will show up at Crimson Lights on Monday’s Y&R, before heading to the concert together. And when Phyllis sees them, she’ll approach and chat with them.
Then Sharon will interrupt, tell the girls to have fun, and give Phyllis a dirty look.
“Excuse me, what was that look for?” Phyllis will ask her. “Are you gonna jump down my throat because I was nice to your daughter?” So, Sharon will imply that Lucy is being clingy with Faith.
Phyllis will admit that her granddaughter doesn’t have a lot of friends her own age. “Faith is being so lovely with her,” Phyllis will add. “She is obviously a lot more sensitive than her mother.” But how will Sharon respond?
